Stuart Small, B.B.A., CFP, CPCA has been a Partner of Continuum II Inc. since 2001.  A resident of Burlington, Ontario since 1975, Stuart knows the unique needs and priorities of this diverse community.  Stuart acquired a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in 1989.  Upon meeting rigorous standards, he qualified as Certified Financial Planner in 1998.  Most recently, in response to the coming age wave, Stuart became Certified Professional Consultant on Aging in 2012.

Stuart has extensive experience in the area of Retirement Planning.  His philosophy in financial planning is to empower clients to become an informed part of the planning and investment process. Engaging his clients to have both clarity and comfort in the financial planning process is one of Stuart's main priorities.

Stuart was voted Best Financial Planner by the Burlington Post's Readers Choice Awards for four consecutive years. He has been a guest speaker on The John Moore Show on CFRB 1010 to discuss financial planning topics.  Stuart was a regular contributor to IN Burlington magazine for 5 years with a column that covered numerous financial  and retirement planning issues. Also, Stuart was the appointed Treasurer for two years for The Rotary Club of Burlington Central. More recently, Stuart was invited to join Durham College's Entrepreneurship & Small Business Program Advisory Committee.
